Status: This is a draft product-safety baseline, not an exhaustive or effective public Acceptable Use Policy.

The current public Review surface is read-only and does not accept References or generation requests. This draft describes the baseline required before any such protected capability can be opened.

Reference rights come first

Only add a Reference when you are authorized to use it for the intended purpose. Access to a preview does not grant copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, voice, or likeness rights.

Account eligibility does not replace Reference safety

The intended first-round account boundary requires an account holder to have reached the legal age and capacity to contract where they live. No parental-consent flow is planned for the first round.

Meeting this boundary does not by itself authorize a Reference depicting a minor or any other real-person material. Consent, rights, provider restrictions, and safety review still apply.

Current baseline

Do not use the preview to:

upload or process material you do not have permission to use;
create non-consensual intimate content or sexual content involving minors;
impersonate a real person for fraud, harassment, or material deception;
facilitate illegal activity, abuse, threats, or targeted harm;
distribute malware, evade access controls, or access another owner's data; or
misrepresent preview output as verified real-world evidence; or
omit a clear AI-generated or synthetic-media disclosure where a future provider, platform, audience, or applicable rule requires one.

This list is intentionally narrow. It does not claim that every future model, content category, or launch region has already been assessed.

Decisions required before publication

The final policy must incorporate the accepted generation provider's rules and the requirements of each launch region. It still needs decisions about:

real-person, voice, likeness, parody, disclosure, and consent boundaries;
political and election-related content;
provider-specific treatment of material depicting minors and other high-risk real-person content;
regulated goods, professional advice, and high-impact decisions;
detection, reporting, moderation, appeal, and account-enforcement processes; and
region-specific restrictions and legally required exceptions.

Provider restrictions and local law may be stricter than this draft. Real provider access remains disabled until its product-use permission and policy fit are confirmed.
