Current product boundary

This merchant-review Preview exposes only public product information and one rights-cleared, project-authored Case. Account creation, sign-in, upload, the protected Studio, generation, payment, admin, and internal Cases are closed.

Repository tests use deterministic local output and test credits to verify the intended owner-scoped workflow. That engineering evidence is not an available service or a claim about a real generation provider.

Accepted account and access direction

The intended first-round entry is open self-service registration only after the provider, policy, deployment, and safety gates are satisfied. It is not a default invite-only service and is not currently open to the public.

A first-round account holder must have reached the legal age and capacity to contract where they live. The current product direction does not use prominent “18+” branding, collect a date of birth, or provide a parental-consent path. This eligibility direction is not yet an effective account term.

Public product information may be globally readable. Real generation and payment will be enabled only where the operator, provider, payment service, and applicable rules all permit them. No final service-region list is published.

Expected preview responsibilities

This preview is not permission to use content that belongs to someone else. Anyone handling a Reference in the preview is expected to:

• use only material they are authorized to use;
• avoid illegal, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity;
• protect their account and avoid attempting to access another owner's data; and
• understand that preview behavior may change and has no availability promise.

The Acceptable Use preview records the current draft safety baseline without claiming that a final public policy is complete.

Content and output rights are not settled

This preview does not publish a production content licence or make promises about ownership, exclusivity, commercial-use rights, provider restrictions, or indemnity. Any limited licence required to process user content in production must be defined against the actual provider and storage flow before launch.

No commercial terms are active

No paid offer, subscription, free allowance, trial, credit exchange rate, refund window, tax treatment, service level, or production model access is currently offered. Test credits have no stated cash value. See Pricing and the Refund preview.

Decisions required before effective terms

Binding terms require confirmed decisions about:

• the operator, permitted service regions, and final account-eligibility wording;
• intellectual-property treatment for inputs and outputs;
• provider-specific restrictions and real-person or likeness rules;
• suspension, termination, complaints, and appeal processes;
• warranties, liability allocation, governing law, and dispute handling; and
• payment, taxes, cancellation, refunds, and chargebacks.

No effective date will be stated until those decisions match the real service and have been approved for publication.
